Upon it’s scheduled completion in the spring of 2009, the Los Angeles Mission College’s Health, PE and Fitness Center will be one of the signature projects on campus. This project is contributing to FTR International Inc’s. portfolio of significant Los Angeles Community College District projects which we are proudly currently performing. This project consists of a LEED rated, two-story building of approximately 90,000 square feet including a partial basement. Incorporated into the innovative design are the three-court gymnasium, elevated indoor jogging track and multiple classrooms. A complete fitness center, cardio/stretching area, lockers, showering facilities, and restrooms complete the Health, PE and Fitness Center. Also Included are administrative offices which will support the school’s health and physical education programs. Four acres of surrounding surface parking and landscaping are adding function and beauty to the exquisite site.
